Wonderful small place to stay in Seattle. The so very helpful staff all round. Exceptional service and tastefully decorated and well-appointed rooms with the king size bed. In a quiet location walking distance to restaurants and cafes. A good choice of nice restaurants and coffee shops.
A bit disappointing area.

Unique pineapple theme throughout the hotel.
My check-in experience was painfully slow that was faulty and unsafe. The staff's attitude was very dismissive and unwelcoming, as if I was a burden rather than a guest. To top it off, the room cleanliness was unacceptable with hair left on the bed, and I had to deal with excessive noise from unruly kids. I cannot believe I spent over $250 for such a terribly managed stay.

Everything was good, the parking was on-site, the room was tastefully decorated and beautifully designed. Location: the hotel was short walk to space needle and mono rail, Seattle, monorail. Furthermore, to most places of interest. Our room had a comfy bed and a magnificent view. A microwave and a fridge where an advantage.

It felt homey. I appreciated the helpful staff who provided great local recommendations. This hospitality. I do hope the parking garage is easier to access for larger vehicles next time, as I struggled a bit.

This is not a cheap hotel but it is probably the best hotel in value for money. Very good location, excellent service, lots of facilities, big rooms, very confortable beds, etc.

The Maxwell was a wonderful hotel to stay at. The staff was very pleasant and answered all of our questions. More than one staff member offered suggestions of sites to see and places to visit while in Seattle. Our room was beautiful and the bed was super comfortable!!! When we visit Seattle again, we will definitely stay at the Maxwell! Oh, and the complimentary pineapple cupcakes were delicious.
The doors to the rooms were very heavy and slammed shut which caused quite a bit of internal noise. Other than that, no complaints.

The size and cleanliness of the rooms were better than expected. The hotel is very quiet. We liked the proximity to the monarail and Seattle Center. The hotel is within walking distance of many very good restaurants as well.

Great vibes and comfy beds!
This place has a fun vibe right from the lobby! The staff was super friendly, especially Mitch at the bar who was awesome to chat with. The beds are seriously the comfiest I've ever slept on. We loved being close to everything and even managed a walk to Pike's Market. Only wish the breakfast options were a bit better.

Very clean and modern, and is in convenient location if you travel by car. It was great that they offer a free parking. Lobby area is very spacious and fancy, so as the interior in each room.
It was a shame that the room does not have a bathtub. The room was a little small compare to the other downtown hotels. There are no restaurants or bars in the hotel even though the surrounding area does not have many of them.

We were looking for a hotel close to McCaw Hall, so the location was perfect! We got a large room and comfortable room, wich was very comfortable. I like the fact the room offered complimentary coffee and water, as well as the microwave.
The swimming pool was not very warm and internet was not very stable.
